Our Services

Roots to Roofs is a resources group based on relationships. From project pre-planning and inception, to construction and on-going management, our partner communities’ desires direct our activities.

Our experienced team meets our partners where they’re at by offering appropriate assistance and tools as needed for neighbourhood, cohousing, and building planning, as well as architectural design, energy modelling, research, project management, and construction.

Equally important is our commitment to people: through meaningful engagement internally, by building your team’s capacity and training community members; as well as establishing external partnerships, supporting hiring and vetting professionals and service providers.

Our services include mentorship and support for the development of legal structures, policy and governance, in addition to fundraising, grant writing, and exploring social impact investments. We can also assist back office services, including book-keeping, file management, and reporting.

Do you have a project in mind for your community?
